Some clients work with us on an ongoing basis for guidance and on-call availability across the year. Others bring us in for a specific matter with a defined scope and a clear deliverable. Most of our best relationships do both, often for years.
We do not pretend to be everything to everyone. Where a matter calls for capability we do not have in-house, we bring in trusted partners and stay accountable for the outcome.
Engagements are led by the principal, who stays accountable for the result. When the work calls for additional hands, it goes to trusted operators we know, not a junior associate or a rotating bench you never meet.
